Cancellation

If The Order Is Canceled While The Driver Is On The Way To Deliver A Dumpster Or Obstructions / Complications Are Present Where We Cannot Remove/Deliver The Dumpster.

If A Container Needs To Be Dumped Or Recycled At A Particular Facility, We Will Charge An Extra Fee For Transportation To The Specific Dumpsite And An Additional Fee For Dumping The Waste.

Customer Agrees To The Following:

Liable For Repairs/Replacement Of Equipment Damage That Occurred During The Rental Period Up To The Full Purchase Cost Of The Rented Equipment.
Liable For Any Person's Injury/Death During The Rental Period Involving Our Equipment.
Liable For Any Fine/Fee For Illegal/Forbidden Items Disposed Of During The Rental Period Regarding Equipment Owned By This Company.
The Customer Authorizes Mac's Disposal LLC To Charge Credit Cards On File Without Prior Customer Notice In The Event Of Additional Charges/Weight Overages.
The Customer Initiating/Agreeing To This Rental Agreement Authorizes A Virtual Signature And Confirms They Are The Primary Cardholder And The Card Is Present For This Transaction.
The Customer Is Liable For All Card Chargeback Amounts, Including Any Court Costs/Construction Liens Pertaining To This Rental Agreement.
